Supply Chain Manager
Join the Revolution in Commercial Vehicle Tech at Coretura!
We’re redefining how automotive software is built. As a joint venture between Volvo Group and Daimler Truck, Coretura blends startup speed with industry strength—and we’re all-in on AI.
As we move from concept to scalable operations, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to design and run the flow that connects suppliers directly to our OEM customers.
About the role
This is a foundational role where you will design, implement, and operate Coretura’s end-to-end supply chain model — from supplier to OEM production line.
You will not only define how the flow should work, but also run it operationally, ensuring deliveries, orders, and financial flows are aligned and functioning from day one.
What you will do
Design and own the supply chain flow
Design and own the end-to-end flow for hardware from supplier to OEM customer
Define and document the target operating model, including roadmap for warehousing, consignment stock, or other buffers

Set the decision framework for how and when to introduce inventory buffers or logistics infrastructure
Build and align supplier logistics setup
Define logistics requirements in supplier contracts and SLAs together with Procurement
Establish commitments on lead times, delivery precision, capacity, and escalation processes
Ensure suppliers meet OEM-specific delivery and logistics standards
Own OEM-facing supply chain requirements
Build a deep understanding of how OEM customers receive goods into production
Manage requirements related to:
EDI integration
Shipping notifications
Packaging and labelling

Translate OEM requirements into clear upstream requirements on suppliers
Run operations and planning
Own the order-to-delivery process:
Receive customer orders and call-offs
Place and manage purchase orders
Track and follow up on deliveries
Manage materials planning, including forecasts and call-offs
Handle deviations, expediting, and supply issues when needed
Ensure alignment between physical flow and financial flow (orders, deliveries, invoicing), in close collaboration with Finance
Drive performance and system support
Define and track key KPIs such as:
On-time delivery (OTD)
Delivery precision
Lead times
Fill rates and deviations
Drive continuous improvement with suppliers together with Procurement
Define and manage requirements for ERP, EDI, and system integrations together with IT
Collaborate across the ecosystem
Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Engineering internally
Interface with both supplier and OEM logistics organizations
Identify and manage risks to ensure resilient and reliable supply
Who you are
You are someone who enjoys building structure where none exists yet, and who is equally comfortable defining strategy and executing operationally.
Required experience
Proven experience within supply chain, logistics, or operations, ideally in automotive, electronics, or industrial environments
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain flows, including order management and planning
Experience working with OEM customers or complex B2B logistics flows
Knowledge of supplier management and logistics setup
Experience working with ERP systems, EDI, or supply chain digital tools
Key strengths
Ability to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable processes
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on mindset with attention to operational detail
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
Meriting
Experience from commercial vehicles or automotive supply chains
Familiarity with direct-to-customer delivery models (drop shipment)
Experience from scale-ups or building new supply chain setups from scratch
