About the role

Coretura is growing, and we are now looking for a Experienced HMI System Architect with deep expertise in invehicle infotainment, HMI architecture, and modern cockpit platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys working handson with systemlevel challenges, and wants to drive architectural decisions across multidisciplinary teams.

As a System Architect at Coretura, you will take ownership of how infotainment features are defined, structured, and delivered across the vehicle. You’ll work closely with product, platform, and feature engineering teams to ensure that our solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with a premium user experience.

What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end infotainment and HMI system architecture for complex in-vehicle features

  • Define, evolve, and document system and HMI architecture with a strong focus on performance, scalability and reliability.

  • Collaborate tightly with product, platform, and engineering teams to drive unified technical decisions

  • Break down requirements into technical structures and guide feature teams through delivery

  • Act as a hands-on technical authority across infotainment and HMI domains

What you bring

Core Experience

  • Several years of working in system architecture within infotainment, HMI, or Android-based environments

  • Proven track record designing and developing in-vehicle infotainment systems

  • Strong ability to combine architectural leadership with hands-on technical problem-solving

  • Comfortable working across multiple domains in a fastmoving automotive environment

Platform & OS Expertise

  • Solid experience with Android Automotive OS (AAOS) or similar cockpit operating systems

  • Deep understanding of embedded system architecture, including HAL layers and platform integration

  • Strong experience shaping HMI architecture, including:

  • Application frameworks

  • System UI structures

  • Performance, memory, and instrumentation strategies

Domain Expertise

Strong understanding or experience with

  • Modern UI/HMI frameworks (e.g., Qt, Kanzi, or similar)

  • Projection/mirroring technologies such as Android Auto or Apple CarPlay

  • Automotive audio architecture including media sessions, system sounds and Radio stacks (AM/FM/DAB)

  • Automotive Bluetooth behavior integration (telephony, audio streaming and so on)
